摘  要:确保物料在进料过程顺利落料,同时提升进料过程的密封性,对于保障生活垃圾绝氧热解炉的使用效果和安全性至关重要。针对目前生活垃圾绝氧热解炉在进料过程中常遇到的密封不严及在料仓易产生架桥的问题,设计开发一套全自动密封进料机构。双层密封机构及料封工艺为进料过程提供了3层密封保障,确保了整个进料过程的密封性,料仓内的防架桥搅拌机构始终保持物料处于下落状态,解决了架桥导致的进料不畅问题。Ensuring smooth material feeding during the feeding process and enhancing the sealing of the feeding process are crucial to ensuring the use effect and safety of the anaerobic pyrolysis furnace of domestic waste.In view of the common problems of poor sealing and easy bridging in the material warehouse during the feeding of the current domestic waste oxygen-free pyrolysis furnace,this study has designed and developed a fully automatic sealed feeding mechanism.The double-layer sealing mechanism and material sealing provide three layers of sealing protection for the feeding process,ensuring the sealing of the entire feeding process.The anti-bridging stirring mechanism in the material bin keeps material in a falling state,avoiding the problem of bridging leading to poor feeding.
