摘  要:本文建立了一种用于毛皮和皮革中镉(Cd)、钴(Co)、铜(Cu)、镍(Ni)和铅(Pb)5种重金属元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)分析测定方法。这种方法能够快速测定毛皮和皮革中5种重金属元素的含量。针对皮革和毛皮样品经三元酸混合液完全消解,残渣用水溶解后通过ICP-MS测定金属浓度,计算出金属总量。最终结果显示,5种重金属元素在一定的浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数的数值大于0.999。5种常见重金属的回收率均在99.1%~100.6%,标准规定的方法可靠性较高;相对标准偏差均小于1.06%,说明本文件规定方法对金属元素的测定结果准确度较高。该方法简便、灵敏可靠。该方法的LOD低于相关法规和标准中的限量要求,能满足相关标准的检测需求。This article established an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)analysis and deter mination method for five heavy metal elements,cadmium(Cd),cobalt(Co),copper(Cu),nickel(Ni),and lead(Pb),in fur and leather.This method can quickly determine the content of five heavy metal elements in fur and leather.For leather and fur samples,they are completely digested by a ternary acid mixture,and the residue is dis solved in water.The metal concentration is measured by ICP-MS to calculate the total amount of metal.The final re sults show that the five heavy metal elements show good linearity within a certain concentration range,with a correla tion coefficient value greater than 0.999.The recovery rates of five common heavy metals are all between 99.1%and 100.6%,and the methods specified in the standard have high reliability.The relative standard deviation is less than 1.06%,indicating that the method specified in this document has a high accuracy in the determination of metal ele ments.This method is simple,sensitive,and reliable.The LOD of the method is lower than the limit requirements in relevant regulations and standards,and can meet the detection requirements of relevant standards.
