摘　　要：随着贸易保护主义风潮愈演愈烈,各方针对贸易政策不确定性的关注度也在不断提高。而对于皮革出口企业来说,贸易政策不确定性也会针对其出口经营产生一系列的影响。因此,需要注意基于贸易政策不确定性环境的分析研究,加强针对皮革出口企业经营风险的管理控制,进而实现国内皮革出口企业的经营发展。本文从贸易政策不确定性的衡量着手针对相关问题进行了讨论分析,并且在分析皮革出口企业经营风险的基础上提出了对应的风险控制策略,希望能够进一步推进相关细节工作的创新改革,帮助企业营造出全新的经营发展格局。With the trend of trade protectionism becoming more and more fierce,all parties pay more attention to the uncertainty of trade policy.For leather export enterprises,the uncertainty of trade policy will also have a series of impacts on their export operations.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the analysis and research based on the uncertain environment of trade policy to strengthen the management and control of the business risks of leather export enterprises,so as to realize the business development of domestic leather export enterprises.This paper discussed and analyzed related issues from the measurement of trade policy uncertainty,and put forward corresponding risk control strategies on the basis of analyzing the business risks of leather export enterprises,hoping to further promote the inno vation and reform of relevant details and help enterprises create a brand-new business development pattern.
