皮革浸灰废液循环利用对产品质量的影响研究

摘　　要：本研究探讨了皮革浸灰废液循环利用技术对产品质量的影响,通过实验对比,发现该技术可以显著降低用水量和化工原料的消耗,减少污染物的排放,从而降低废水处理成本。同时,采用该技术生产的皮革在柔软度、清洁度、脱毛效果以及物理机械性能等方面与常规工艺相比无显著差异,符合相关质量标准要求。研究结果表明,浸灰废液循环利用技术既能实现环境效益,又能保证产品质量。This study explores the impact of leather soaking waste liquid recycling technology on product quality.Through experimental comparison,it is found that this technology can significantly reduce water consumption and chemical raw material consumption,reduce pollutant emissions,and lower wastewater treatment costs;At the same time,leather produced using this technology has no significant differences in softness,cleanliness,hair removal effect,and physical and mechanical properties compared to conventional processes,meeting relevant quality standards.The research results indicate that the recycling technology of leachate can achieve environmental benefits while ensuring product quality.
