摘  要:本文全面探讨了一种新型镍水质在线分析仪的技术方法、仪器研制、数据比对与验证以及应用示范。针对复杂样品自动前处理技术、水体基体介质对测试的影响及干扰消除、电极催化增敏技术对镍富集效率的影响及自动化应用等方面进行了深入研究,并介绍了仪器的设计原理、总体架构、硬件与软件系统的设计与实现,进行了仪器性能评估与测试。通过与山东省枣庄生态环境监测中心合作进行了实验室人工测试与仪器现场测试的比对,验证了仪器数据的准确性与可靠性,并在山东省枣庄城郭河流域进行了应用示范。通过总结应用示范的结果与经验,提出了仪器改进建议。This article comprehensively explores the technical methods,instrument development,data comparison and verification,and application demonstration of a new type of nickel water quality online analyzer.In depth research has been conducted on the automatic pre-treatment technology for complex samples,the impact and interference elimination of water matrix media on testing,the impact of electrode catalytic sensitization technology on nickel enrichment efficiency,and automation applications,introduced the design principles,overall architecture,hardware and software system design and implementation of the instrument,and conducted instrument performance evaluation and testing.Through cooperation with the Zaozhuang Ecological Environment Monitoring Center in Shandong Province,the accuracy and reliability of instrument data were verified by comparing manual laboratory testing with on-site instrument testing.An application demonstration was conducted in the Guohe River Basin of Zaozhuang City,Shandong Province,the results and experience of the application demonstration were summarized,and suggestions for instrument improvement were proposed.
