摘　　要：流域水环境污染应急监测工作的有效落实可以更好地分析流域水环境污染的构成原因,并在此基础上明确应对方案和解决对策,再结合污染物的理化性质对应急方案做出适当的调整,在降低应急处理成本的同时提高应急处理效果,保护生态环境、维护水资源。本文也将目光集中于此,主要从流域水环境污染应急监测技术的特点及常见的应急监测技术等多个维度展开论述。希望通过本文的探讨和分析,可以为相关单位提供更多的参考与借鉴,从而有效地落实流域水环境应急监测工作,提高应急监测工作的质量和效能。The effective implementation of watershed water environment pollution emergency monitoring work can better analyze the causes of watershed water environment pollution,on the basis of clear solutions and countermeasures,combined with the physical and chemical properties of pollutants to make appropriate adjustments to the emergency plan,while reduce the cost of emergency treatment effect,protect the ecological environment,maintenance of water resources,this article will also focus on this,mainly from the basin water environment pollution emergency monitoring technology characteristics and common emergency monitoring technology and so on multiple dimensions.It is hoped that the discussion and analysis of this article can provide more reference and reference for relevant units,effectively implement the emergency monitoring of water environment in the river basin,and improve the quality and efficiency of emergency monitoring.
