摘 要:工业废气排放已成为全球面临的重大环境挑战,同时也与碳减排密切相关,有效治理工业废气对实现“双碳”目标具有重要意义。本文以碳减排为切入点,深入分析了工业废气的定义、组成、来源及危害,阐明了工业废气与碳排放的内在联系。同时,系统地介绍了吸附法、催化燃烧法、生物法、低温等离子体法和膜分离法等常见的工业废气治理技术,并通过案例分析展示了这些技术在实际中的应用效果。本文旨在为工业企业选择合适的废气治理技术提供参考,助力碳减排目标的实现,从而推动工业生产向绿色低碳方向转型。Industrial exhaust emissions have become a major environmental challenge facing the world,and are also closely related to carbon reduction.Effective treatment of industrial waste gas is of great significance for achieving the“Dual carbon”goal.This article takes carbon reduction as the starting point,and deeply analyzes the definition,composition,sources,and hazards of industrial waste gas,elucidating the inherent relationship between industrial waste gas and carbon emissions.At the same time,the system introduced common industrial waste gas treatment technologies such as adsorption,catalytic combustion,biological,low-temperature plasma,and membrane separation,and demonstrated the effectiveness of these technologies in practical applications through case analysis.Intended to provide reference for industrial enterprises to choose appropriate exhaust gas treatment technologies,help achieve carbon reduction goals,and promote the transformation of industrial production towards green and low-carbon direction.
