摘  要:近年来,突发性水环境污染事故频发,严重威胁着人民生命财产安全和生态环境的健康与高质量发展。本文对突发水环境污染事故应急监测的快速响应以及现场便携式仪器的使用进行了深入研究。通过分析国内外相关案例,总结应急监测的关键技术,提出了优化应急监测方案的建议。研究表明,建立完善的应急监测预案,配备高效便携的现场监测设备,加强应急监测队伍建设,是突发水环境污染事故应急监测快速、准确、高效的重要保障。In recent years,sudden water pollution accidents have occurred frequently,seriously threatening the safety of people’s lives and property,as well as the high-quality development of ecological environment health.This article conducted in-depth research on the rapid response of emergency monitoring for sudden water pollution accidents and the use of portable instruments on site.By analyzing relevant cases at home and abroad,summarizing the key technologies of emergency monitoring,and proposing suggestions for optimizing emergency monitoring plans.Research has shown that establishing a comprehensive emergency monitoring plan,equipping efficient and portable on-site monitoring equipment,and strengthening the construction of emergency monitoring teams are important guarantees for ensuring fast,accurate,and efficient emergency monitoring of sudden water pollution accidents.
