课程思政的“术”“学”“道”——以“残疾人社会保障研究”课程为例

摘　　要：“术”“学”“道”是习近平总书记对思想政治教育理论研究与实践探索的高度概括与深度要求,三者分别指向思政教育的不同维度,又彼此依存、相互促进,以达到立德树人的教学效果。吉林大学“残疾人社会保障研究”课程,以社会主流意识形态和习近平总书记对残疾人事业作出的系列重要论述为指导,明确课程思政目标,结合专业课程性质确定教学内容及其与思政元素的结合点,再通过一系列教学方法、教学设计的创新,达成“术”“学”“道”的有机结合,在知识习得与价值认可的叠加过程中,实现课程思政的有效性。"Technique","Scholarship"and"Principle"are the high-level summarization and deep requirements for the theoretical research and practical exploration of political education in curriculum by President Xi Jinping.They each point to different dimensions of political education in curriculum,interdependent and mutually reinforcing,to achieve the educational effect of fostering virtues through education.The course"Research on Social Security for the Disabled"at Jilin University fully leverages its inherent advantage in integrating political education in curriculum into the classroom.Guided by the mainstream social ideology and the series of important discourses made by President Xi Jinping on the cause of people with disabilities,the course clarifies its political education in curriculum goals.It determines the teaching content and the points of integration with ideological and political elements in accordance with the nature of the professional course.Through a series of innovative teaching methods and designs,the course achieves an organic combination of"technique","scholarship"and"principle",naturally integrating ideological and political elements into the teaching of professional courses.In the process of knowledge acquisition and value recognition,the effectiveness of political education in curriculum in the course is realized.
