以职业定位为导向的体育院校运动人体科学专业人才培养路径研究

摘　　要：随着健康中国战略的持续推进,人民群众对健康生活的追求不断提高,社会对运动人体科学专业人才的需求也越来越大,然而,本专业学生所具备的职业能力与就业岗位能力需求不相匹配,人才供需结构性矛盾日益凸显。本文针对体育院校运动人体科学专业人才培养现状及存在的问题进行了分析,提出应立足社会需求合理定位人才培养目标,优化课程体系结构,加强实践能力培养以及完善考核评价方式,为进一步明确运动人体科学专业人才培养职业定位,探索人才培养新路径,促进学生高质量就业提供理论依据。With the continuous advancement of the Healthy China strategy,the people's pursuit of health level and quality of life continues to improve,and the demand for sports and human science professionals is increasing,but the vocational competence of students in this major does not match the demand for job capability,and the structural contradiction between talent supply and demand is becoming increasingly prominent.This study analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the training of sports and human science professionals in sports colleges and universities,and proposes that the talent training goals should be reasonably positioned based on social demands,the curriculum structure should be optimized,the practical ability training should be strengthened,and the assessment and evaluation methods should be improved,so as to provide a theoretical basis for further clarifying the career orientation of sports human science professionals,exploring new paths for talent training,and promoting high-quality employment of students.
