数字普惠金融发展提升了农户的收入流动性吗?——基于中国家庭追踪调查的微观分析

摘　　要：数字普惠金融的快速发展是促进经济高质量发展和推动共同富裕的新契机。本文通过匹配2012-2020年数字普惠金融指数与中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,从阶层流动维度实证分析数字普惠金融发展对农户收入流动性的影响效果和作用机制。结果显示:数字普惠金融能够畅通不同收入农户向上流动的通道,促进整体农户增收。机制分析表明,数字普惠金融通过助推农户创业,提升家庭收入创造能力,增加阶层向上流动的机会,强化了“提低、扩中”的数字红利效应。异质性研究表明,数字普惠金融对高收入家庭、高受教育水平家庭和东部、中部地区农户的收入阶层流动性有明显的提升作用。因此,营造发展普惠金融的良好环境,加快构建包容性发展路径,是促进农户收入阶层流动和推进共同富裕的重要政策手段。The rapid development of digital inclusive finance is a new opportunity to promote high-quality economic development and common prosperity.This article empirically analyzes the impact and mechanism of the development of digital inclusive finance on farmers'income mobility from the perspective of social mobility by matching the 2012-2020 Digital Inclusive Finance Index with the China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)data.The results show that digital inclusive finance can promote the upward mobility of farmers with different incomes and increase the overall income of farmers.Mechanism analysis shows that digital inclusive finance has enhanced the digital dividend effect of"increase the income of low-income groups and expand the middle-income group"by promoting entrepreneurship among farmers,improving the capability of family income generation and increasing opportunities for social upward mobility.Heterogeneity studies have shown that digital inclusive finance has a significant effect on improving the social income mobility of high-income households,highly educated households,and farmers in the eastern and central regions.Therefore,creating a favorable environment for the development of inclusive finance and accelerating the construction of inclusive development paths are important policy instruments for promoting income class mobility among rural households and advancing common prosperity.
