摘  要:“全面推进乡村振兴”是统筹城乡高质量发展的重要组成部分。在不断推进城乡经济高质量发展进程中,扩大农村居民教育消费对实现农民现代化、释放内需潜力以及有效推进乡村振兴工作有着重大现实意义。从理论基础来看,马克思恩格斯农民转型思想、人力资本理论、消费偏好理论为新时代扩大农村居民教育消费提供了坚实理论支撑。然而,在新时代背景下,扩大农村居民教育消费却仍然面临农民收入水平偏低、政府在城乡教育领域的公共投入不均衡以及社会不确定性因素增多等现实问题。为此,增加农民收入、平衡优化政府的城乡教育财政投入、积极引导农村居民树立正确的教育消费观念、优化教育产品和服务供给,是新时代扩大农村居民教育消费应采取的必然举措。"Comprehensively promoting rural revitalization"is an important part of integrating urban and rural high-quality development.In the process of promoting the high-quality development of urban and rural economy,expanding the education consumption of rural residents is of great practical significance in realizing the modernization of farmers,releasing the potential of domestic demand,and effectively promoting the revitalization of the countryside.From the perspective of theoretical foundation,Marx and Engels'idea of peasant transformation,human capital theory,and consumption preference theory provide solid theoretical support for expanding rural residents'education consumption in the new era.However,in the context of the new era,the expansion of rural residents'education consumption still faces the real problems of low level of farmers'income,imbalance of government public investment in urban and rural education,and increasing social uncertainties.Therefore,increasing farmers'income,balancing and optimizing the government's financial investment in education in both urban and rural areas,actively guiding rural residents to establish a correct concept of education consumption,and optimizing the supply of education products and services are the inevitable measures to be taken to expand rural residents'education consumption in the new era.
