摘 要:制种成本的日益增高制约着杂交水稻的可持续性发展。雌性不育机械化制种技术是一种基于雌性不育恢复系的混播混收制种技术,但该技术面临着雌性不育亲本材料创制周期长和恢复系雌性败育不彻底等问题。利用基因编辑技术敲除水稻恢复系中雌性育性相关基因PTB1、苯达松抗性基因Bel和香味基因Badh2,并将智能雌性不育恢复系基因元件导入基因编辑获得的纯合突变体中,实现苯达松敏感型智能雌性不育恢复系的创制。解决了雌性不育机械化制种亲本材料创制周期长和雌性败育不彻底的问题,促进了雌性不育机械化制种技术的实际应用,对杂交水稻制种技术发展有着重要意义。The increasing cost of seed production restricts the sustainable development of hybrid rice.The mechanized seed production technology of female sterility is a kind of mixed sowing and mixed harvest seed production technology based on female sterile restorer lines,but this technology faces the problems of a long cycle of female sterile parent creation and incomplete female abortion of restorer lines.The female fertility related gene PTB1,bentazon resistance gene Bel and fragrance gene Badh2 in rice restorer lines were knocked out by gene editing technology,and the gene elements of genetic engineering female sterile restorer lines were introduced into the homozygous mutants obtained through gene editing to realize the creation of bentazon-sensitive genetic engineering female sterile restorer lines.It solves the problems of a long cycle of parent creation and incomplete female sterility in mechanized seed production of female sterility,promotes the practical application of mechanized seed production technology of female sterility,and is of great significance to the development of hybrid rice seed production technology.
