摘 要:为探索稻田二化螟幼虫绿色防控新技术,开展了昆虫病原线虫品系收集和筛选、形态鉴定和分子鉴定、适宜水分管理模式以及大田防效等试验。结果表明,昆虫病原线虫XC-3和XC-4品系对二化螟3龄幼虫致死率较高,幼虫死亡率分别为68.5%、86.5%。经形态和分子鉴定,初步判定XC-3属于长尾斯氏线虫,XC-4属于小卷蛾斯氏线虫。昆虫病原线虫XC-4品系在移栽后35 d内采用湿润和浅水管理模式,对二化螟幼虫的致死率高,幼虫死亡率分别为72.9%、64.4%。在大田二化螟发生高峰期(水稻分蘖盛期),喷施昆虫病原线虫XC-4品系的生物防治处理为害株率仅为2.57%,比化学防治对照显著降低2.1个百分点,说明喷施昆虫病原线虫XC-4对大田二化螟幼虫的防治效果优于化学防治。In order to explore new green control techniques of Chilo suppressalis larvae in paddy field,the experiments of collection and screening of entomopathogenic nematode strains,morphological and molecular identification,suitable water management model and field control effect were carried out.The results showed that the strains of entomopathogenic nematodes XC-3 and XC-4 had higher mortality rates to the 3rd instar larvae of Chilo suppressalis,and the larval mortality rates were 68.5%and 86.5%,respectively.Through morphological and molecular identification,XC-3 and XC-4 were preliminarily determined to belong to Steinernema longicauda and Steinernema carinata,respectively.The XC-4 strain had a high mortality rate against Chilo suppressalis larvae under wet and shallow water management models within 35 days after transplanting,and the larval mortality rates were 72.9%and 64.4%,respectively.At the peak of the occurrence of Chilo suppressalis in the field(the full tillering stage of rice),the biological control treatment of spraying XC-4 strain of entomopathogenic nematode had a damage rate of plants at only 2.57%,which was significantly lower than that of the check of chemical control by 2.1 percentage points,indicating that the control effect of the XC-4 strain of entomopathogenic nematode on Chilo suppressalis larvae in the field was better than that of chemical control.
