摘　　要：随着脱贫攻坚战取得全面胜利,中国全面消除绝对贫困,极大地提高了人民生活水平,如此巨大的成功在中华民族发展史乃至人类发展史上都具有十分重要的地位,深化对新时代中国特色反贫困理论的研究,对消除相对贫困、解决发展不平衡不充分等问题、实现中华民族伟大复兴都具有重大意义。With the comprehensive victory in the battle against poverty,China has eradicated absolute poverty in an all-round way,significantly improving people's living standards.Such a tremendous achievement holds a pivotal position in the history of the Chinese nation's development and even human development.Deepening the research on China's anti-poverty theory with Chinese characteristics in the new era is of great significance for eliminating relative poverty,addressing issues of imbalanced and inadequate development,and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
