低收入农户电子商务应用增进其福祉了吗?

摘　　要：如何让电商发展的红利惠及农村低收入群体是共同富裕背景下的重要议题。利用2020年中国乡村振兴综合调查数据实证检验低收入农户电子商务应用对其主客观福祉的影响。研究发现:低收入农户电子商务应用具有推动农作物种植结构调整的结构效应,但不具有促进就业和创业的溢出效应,因而客观福祉并未显著提高;上述电商应用负向影响该群体的阶层认同和社会信任,从而降低其主观福祉。异质性分析表明,对于家庭互联网状况较差、身体健康状况较好和参与合作社的农户,低收入农户电子商务应用对其主客观福祉更为不利。据此提出分类引导低收入农户参与电商经营、优化农产品种植结构、建立更包容电商生态系统的建议。How to make the dividends of e-commerce development benefit rural low-income groups is an important issue in the context of common prosperity.This paper uses the data of China Rural Revitalization Survey in 2020 to empirically test the impact and mechanism of e-commerce application of village-level low-income farmers on the subjective and objective well-being of micro-level low-income farmers.The study found that the e-commerce application of low-income farmers has the structural effect of crop planting structure adjustment,but it does not have the spillover effect of promoting employment and entrepreneurship.It is worth nothing that the effective structural effect and ineffective spillover effect are not conducive to the improvement of the objective well-being of low-income farmers.In addition,the e-commerce application of low-income farmers reduces the class identity and social trust,thus reducing their subjective well-being.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the e-commerce application of low-income farmers is more detrimental to their objective subjective well-being for farmers with poor Internet status,good physical health and participation in cooperatives.Accordingly,the article proposes countermeasures to guide low-income farmers to participate in e-commerce business,optimize the cultivation structure of agricultural products,and establish a more inclusive e-commerce ecosystem.
