摘 要:本文中作者计算了串联助磁接线下,角形联结换流变压器组绕组电流的过渡过程,对比论证串联助磁直流电阻测试的可行性,分析这一接线方式下有载分接开关动作特性测试方法。分析结果表明,使用异名连接的串联助磁接线,可以实现网侧绕组直流电阻和阀侧绕组直流电阻的同步测量,可以在挡位切换时通过动态电阻完成有载分接开关动作特性的测量,最后使用较低电流可以完成铁心退磁。本文研究内容对降低现场作业量,提高测试装置集成化和自动化程度有较高借鉴价值。In this paper,a transition process of the winding current in the converter transformer which connected into delta shape and under the series magnet connection is calculated,the feasibility of the series magnet Dc resistance test is compared and demonstrated,and a test method on the action characteristics of the on-load tap-changer under this connection mode is analyzed.The analysis results show that a synchronous measurement of the DC resistance both on the grid side winding and the valve side winding can be realized by using the serial magnetization connection,which grid side winding and valve side winding were connected by different names.The action characteristics of the on-load tap-changer can be measured by dynamic resistance during gear switching.Finally,the core demagnetization can be completed by using a lower current.The research content of this paper has high reference value for reducing the amount of on-site operations and improving the integration and automation degree of test equipment.
