摘  要:高压电力变压器主要采用油-纸绝缘系统,对于起到主要绝缘作用的电工绝缘纸板在实际应用过程中必然存在材料储存问题,存储不当及存储时间必然影响绝缘纸板的性能,存储不当或存储时间过长将带来绝缘性能下降问题,给变压器绝缘性能带来危害。目前对于绝缘纸板的存放环境标准已经比较明确,但在行业趋势向好发展过程中,绝缘材料有效的存储时间研究十分必要。本文作者介绍如何进行高压油浸变压器用绝缘纸板的性能检测,以及通过对不同存放时间的绝缘纸板性能测试数据分析其合理的存储时间。High voltage power transformers mainly use oil paper insulation systems.For electrical insulation pressboard,which plays a major role in insulation,material storage issues are inevitable in practical applications.Improper storage and storage time will inevitably affect the performance of insulation pressboard.Improper storage or prolonged storage time will lead to a decrease in insulation performance and pose a performance hazard to transformers.Currently,the storage environment standards for insulation pressboard are relatively clear,but in the process of positive industry trends,it is necessary to study the effective storage time of insulation materials.This article introduces how to perform performance testing on insulation pressboard for high-voltage oil immersed transformers,and analyzes the reasonable storage time of insulation pressboard through performance testing data of insulation pressboard stored for different times.
