摘  要:本文介绍了一起已投运近8年的500kV变压器在搬迁新站之后出现油色谱异常的分析和处理案例。该500kV变压器在新站投运之后,H_(2)和CH_(4)出现显著增长,并超过了注意值150μL/L。在出现油色谱异常之后,利用特高频穿心电流传感器和外置特高频传感器结合,发现在变压器内部存在间歇性的局部放电信号,靠近高压出线侧的散热器底部。然后利用超声波传感器在异常区域发现变压器箱壁存在冲击性的脉冲振动信号,利用声电联合方法,准确定位了异常放电源位置。结合停电检修,通过排油内检,发现在定位区域,下部夹件的定位螺栓明显松动。运行中在电动力的激发下,松动的螺栓出现了冲击性碰撞,并伴随间歇性的局部放电。通过对该案例缺陷的分析和处理,积累了利用声电联合检测对超高压变压器进行综合诊断分析的经验,有力支撑了变压器运维管理。The article introduces an analysis and treatment of oil chromatography abnormalities in a 500kV transformer that has been in operation for nearly 8 years after relocating to a new station.After the 500kV transformer is put into operation at the new station,there is a remarkable increase in H_(2) and CH_(4),exceeding the noted value of 150uL/L.After the occurrence of oil chromatography abnormalities,by combining an ultra-high frequency through-core current sensor with an external uitra-high frequency sensor,it is found that there are intermittent partial discharge signals inside the transformer,near the bottom of the heat sink on the high-voltage outlet side.Then,ultrasonic sensors are used to detect impulsive pulse vibration signals on the wall of the transformer box in the abnormal area,and the acoustic and electric combined method is used to accurately locate the abnormal discharge position.Based on the power-off maintenance and through internal inspection after oil displacement,it is found that the positioning bolt of the lower clamp are significantly loose in the positioning area.During operation,under the excitation of electric power,loose bolt undergo impact collisions,accompanied by intermittent partial discharges.Through the analysis and treatment of the defects of this case,the experience of comprehensive diagnosis and analysis of ultra-high voltage transformer by using the combined acoustic and electrical detection is accumulated,which strongly supports the transformer operation and maintenance management.
