摘 要:为研究内蒙古电网沙戈荒地区冷热温差大、紫外线强的条件下复合绝缘子老化性能,对高温硫化硅橡胶样品进行冷热老化试验、紫外老化试验以及两者的复合老化试验。结果表明,紫外老化试验使样品静态接触角下降最大,紫外老化对复合绝缘子的影响程度比冷热老化更强,可使部分Si-C键减弱或断裂,从而使表面憎水性下降,而先冷热老化后紫外老化对复合绝缘子影响程度在冷热老化和紫外老化之间。两种老化方式存在相互作用,导致材料中CH3基团的C-H键发生部分断裂,进而影响整体性能。In order to study the aging performance of composite insulators under the condition of significant temperature difference and intense ultraviolet radiation in the desert⁃gobi⁃wasteland area of Inner Mongolia power grid,thereby improving the operational maintenance standards of composite insulators,aging tests involving cold and hot aging,UV aging,and a combination of both are conducted on high⁃temperature vulcanized silicone rubber samples.It is revealed that UV aging test results in the greatest reduction of static contact angle of the samples,and the aging degree of ultraviolet aging on composite insulators is stronger than that of cold and hot aging,which can weaken or break some Si-C bonds and reduce the surface hydrophobicity,while the aging degree of first cold and hot aging and then ultraviolet aging on composite insulators is between the other two.There is an interaction between the two aging methods,leading to partial breakage of C-H bonds within the CH3 groups of the material,thus affecting the overall performance.Relevant conclusions provide reference for the aging research of composite insulators and the application of such materials in transmission lines.
