摘　　要：目的了解北京市某区艾滋病检测点实验室的检测能力水平,发现实验室存在的问题,促进实验室的质量管理,提高检测工作质量。方法2019—2023年连续5年,对通过审批的北京市某区23家检测点实验室逐一随机发放血清盲样,根据各个人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)检测点上报的检测结果、原始记录、报告单填写等进行考核和职能工作考评。结果北京市某区2019—2023年23家HIV检测点实验室血清盲样考核参加率为100%,考核结果正确率为100%,原始记录完整率为61.74%,报告单填写率为86.09%,该区23家HIV检测点总成绩均为优秀。结论北京市某区2019—2023年HIV检测点实验室质量考评结果总体较好,检测质量总体可信,但仍存在一些问题,须进一步加强人员培训,使该区的检测人员树立起文字记录和HIV抗体检测实验操作同等重要的理念,以及增加现场督导的次数。Objective To understand the level of detection ability of AIDS detection laboratory in a district of Beijing,find the problems in the laboratory,promote the quality management of the laboratory and improve the quality of detection work.Methods From 2019 to 2023,for five consecutive years,serum blind samples were randomly distributed to each of the 23 approved testing laboratories in a district of Beijing,and were evaluated and functional work evaluated according to the test results,original records,and report forms reported by each human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)test site.Results From 2019 to 2023 in a district of Beijing,the participation rate of serum blind test in the 23 HIV testing sites was 100%,the accuracy rate of test results was 100%,the completeness rate of original records was 61.74%and the filling rate of report form was 86.09%.The total score of the 23 HIV testing sites in this area was excellent.Conclusion In a district of Beijing,the results of laboratory quality evaluation of HIV detection sites during 2019-2023 are generally good,and the quality of detection is generally credible,but there are still some problems.It is necessary to further strengthen personnel training,so that the detection personnel in the district can establish the idea that written records are equal important to the operation of HIV antibody detection experiments,and increase the number of onsite supervision.
