摘　　要：重大突发公共卫生事件对医院运营和管理构成严峻挑战。为应对这些挑战,医院需展现韧性,即在危机中快速恢复并保持正常运营的能力。冗余性作为提升韧性的关键手段,在应对重大突发公共卫生事件中至关重要。基于此,文章先阐述医院韧性提升的意义,包括保障患者安全与医疗服务连续性、提高应对突发事件的效率、增强公众信心与社会稳定性和促进医院可持续发展,然后在医院应对重大突发公共卫生事件方面,主张从技术、组织和经济等多个维度进行内部冗余性策略的制定和实施,并借助构建一个动态的资源储备机制来提高医院韧性,以此提高医院应对突发危机能力,实现医院在面对重大突发公共卫生事件时的可持续发展,也为其他医疗机构在面对类似事件时提供参考和借鉴。Major public health emergencies pose severe challenges to hospital operation and management.To address these challenges,hospitals need to show resilience:the ability to quickly recover and maintain normal operations in a crisis.As a key means to improve resilience,redundancy is crucial in responding to major public health emergencies.Based on this,the article first explains the significance of hospital resilience improvement,including ensuring patient safety and the continuity of medical services,improving the efficiency of responding to emergencies,enhancing public confidence and social stability,and promoting the sustainable development of hospitals.Then,in the hospital response to major public health emergencies,advocfor the formulation and implementation of internal redundancy strategies from multiple dimensions including technology,organization and economy,and by building a dynamic resource reserve mechanism to improve hospital resilience.In order to improve the hospital's ability to deal with sudden crises,to achieve the sustainable development of hospitals in the face of major public health emergencies.It also provides reference and reference for other medical institutions in the face of similar incidents.
