摘　　要：近年来,医疗技术不断发展,医疗服务需求也在日益增长,医用耗材在医疗服务中的作用越来越重要。医院耗材不仅是医疗过程中必不可少的物品,还直接关系到医疗质量、医疗安全、患者满意度。医院耗材的采购成本管理成为医院运营管理中的重要环节。然而目前医院医用耗材成本管理方面面临着种类繁多且专业性强、流通环节多、缺乏采购规划等诸多挑战和问题。精益管理理念强调消除浪费、优化流程和持续改进,可应用于优化采购流程、减少库存积压、提高供应链响应速度等方面,而层次分析法可以为复杂决策提供系统的分析框架,可用于评估不同供应商的综合实力、确定采购策略优先级。将两者结合应用于医院耗材采购成本管理,有望实现更高效、更科学的管理。In recent years,with the continuous development of medical technology and the increasing demand for medical services,medical consumables play an increasingly important role in medical services.Hospital consumables are not only essential items in the medical process,but also directly related to medical quality,medical safety and patient satisfaction.The purchasing cost management of hospital consumables has become an important link in hospital operation management.However,the cost management of medical consumables in hospitals is faced with many challenges and problems,such as various kinds,strong professionalism,many circulation links,and lack of procurement planning.The lean management concept emphasizes waste elimination,process optimization and continuous improvement,which can be applied to optimize the procurement process,reduce the inventory backlog,improve the response speed of the supply chain,etc.The analytic hierarchy process can provide a systematic analysis framework for complex decisions,and can be used to evaluate the comprehensive strength of different suppliers and determine the priority of procurement strategies.The combination of the two applied to the cost management of hospital consumables procurement is expected to achieve more efficient and scientific management.
