摘　　要：目的探讨临床护士对突发公共卫生事件的应急准备状态,分析相关影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,2023年7—12月以山西省某三级甲等医院400名临床护士作为研究对象。使用一般资料信息表、护士应急准备度问卷对其进行问卷调查,采用单因素分析、多元回归等方法探讨相关影响因素。结果400名临床护士应急准备度总分为(127.76±33.55)分;影响临床护士在突发公共卫生事件中应对能力的主要因素包括工作年限、科室、是否为应急梯队组成员、参加应急演练与急诊急救等培训课程的次数、是否参与临床科室紧急支援、是否知晓自己在突发公共卫生事件中的工作职责与流程、是否对突发公共卫生事件感到恐惧7项内容(P<0.05)。结论山西省某三级甲等医院的临床护士面对突发公共卫生事件时的应急准备度为中等水平。可为医院管理层和卫生部门在遇到突发状况时提供参考依据,以期能够更迅速、更准确地做出决策,从而优化医疗服务质量,为患者的健康和安全提供更加坚实的保障。Objective To discuss the current situation of emergency preparedness for sudden public health emergencies among clinical nurses and analyze related influencing factors.Methods Using convenience sampling,400 clinical nurses from a tertiary grade A hospital in Shanxi Province were taken as research subjects from July to December 2023.The study was conducted by using a general information form and a nurse emergency preparedness questionnaire,and relevant influencing factors were analyzed through single factor and multiple regression.Results The total emergency preparedness score of 400 clinical nurses was(127.76±33.55)points.Regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting the coping ability of clinical nurses for sudden public health emergencies were working seniority,department,whether he/she was member of the emergency echelon team,the number of training courses such as emergency drills and first aid,whether to participate in the emergency support of clinical departments,whether they knew their work responsibilities and procedures in public health emergencies,whether they felt fear of public health emergencies(P<0.05).Conclusion The emergency preparedness of clinical nurses in a tertiary grade A hospital in Shanxi province is at a moderate level.It can provide reference for hospital management and health departments in dealing with emergencies,so that they can make decisions more quickly and accurately,optimize the quality of medical services,and provide stronger guarantees for the health and safety of patients.
