从气血理论论治林谦教授治疗高血压的经验

摘　　要：高血压病是一种以体循环动脉血压持续升高为特征的心血管综合征。多数患者起病隐匿,缺少典型的症状;有些患者表现为头晕头痛、耳鸣及记忆力下降等;还可出现心、脑、肾等重要靶器官损伤。高血压病分为原发性和继发性高血压,近年来,采用西药治疗原发性高血压效果明显,但也存在作用单一、不良反应多等问题。中医治疗具有改善患者症状、提高生活质量的优势,可在一定程度上弥补西医治疗的不足。林谦教授师从首都国医名师廖家桢教授,一直从事从气血角度探讨原发性高血压及并发症的临证与防治,对高血压病的病因病机有独到的经验和见解。现将林谦教授治疗原发性高血压经验总结如下,旨在为原发性高血压的临床治疗提供参考。Hypertension is a type of cardiovascular syndrome characterized by persistent increase in systemic arterial blood pressure.Most patients have insidious onset and lack typical symptoms.Some patients show dizziness,headache,tinnitus and memory decline and other symptoms;heart,brain,kidney and other important target organs can be damaged.It can be divided into primary hypertension and secondary hypertension.In recent years,the treatment of primary hypertension with western medicine has obvious effect,but there are also problems such as single effect and many side effects.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment has the advantages of improving patients'symptoms and quality of life,and can make up for the deficiencies of Western medicine treatment to a certain extent.Under the guidance of Professor Liao Jiazhen,an expert in cardiovascular diseases of integrated Chinese and Western medicine,Professor Lin Qian has explored the treatment of essential hypertension and the prevention of complications from the perspective of qi and blood,and has gained unique experience and insight into the etiology and pathogenesis of hypertension.Professor Lin Qian's treatment of essential hypertension experience is summarized as follows.The aim is to provide reference for the clinical treatment of essential hypertension.
