“呼”字诀操训练对脑卒中后疲劳患者康复效果的研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨“呼”字诀操训练对脑卒中后疲劳(post-stroke fatigue,PSF)患者的康复效果。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年3月福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院康复科收治的80例PSF患者为对象。以随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组患者进行常规治疗及康复训练,观察组患者在此基础上联合“呼”字诀操训练。干预4周后,对2组患者进行疲劳严重度量表(fatigue severity scale,FSS)和日常生活活动能力(modified Barthel index,MBI)评分。结果 干预后,观察组FSS评分为(32.28±6.94)分,低于对照组的(38.70±9.08)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组MBI评分为(69.62±13.74)分,高于对照组的(61.28±15.76)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 “呼”字诀操训练能明显改善PSF患者的症状,进而提高生活自理能力。Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of"Hu"character exercise training on post-stroke fatigue patients.Methods A total of 80 PSF patients admitted to the department of rehabilitation,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and rehabilitation training,and the observation group was combined with the"Hu"character exercise training on this basis.After 4 weeks of intervention,fatigue severity scale(FSS)and modified Barthel index(MBI)were evaluated in 2 groups.Results After intervention,the FSS score of the observation group was(32.28±6.94)points,which was lower than(38.70±9.08)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The MBI score of the observation group was(69.62±13.74)points,which was higher than(61.28±15.76)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion"Hu"character exercise training can significantly improve the symptoms of PSF patients,thereby enhancing their self-care ability.
