摘　　要：目的探讨叙事护理对癫痫患儿病耻感、自尊水平与生活质量的影响。方法选取2023年1月至2024年9月郑州大学第三附属医院收治的75例癫痫患儿,随机分为对照组(n=37)和观察组(n=38),对照组接受常规护理,观察组实施叙事护理。比较两组癫痫患儿的病耻感、自尊水平、心理状况及生活质量。结果观察组癫痫患儿的病耻感、自尊水平护理干预前后评分差值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组癫痫患儿的焦虑、抑郁护理干预前后评分差值大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);身体状况、认知能力、情绪状况、社会活动、行为问题、自评健康及总体生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在癫痫患儿中实施叙事护理能够减轻患儿的病耻感,提高其自尊水平,缓解患儿的负性情绪,提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of narrative nursing on stigma,self-esteem and quality of life in children with epilepsy.Methods A total of 75 children with epilepsy admitted from January 2023 to September 2024 were randomly divided into control group(n=37)and observation group(n=38)at the third affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou University.Control group was given with routine care.Narrative nursing was performed on observation group.The children with epilepsy were compared for stigma,self-esteem level,psychological status and quality of life between two groups.Results The differences in stigma score and self-esteem level between before and after nursing therapy in observation group were greater than those in control group(P<0.05).The differences in anxiety score and depression score between before and after nursing therapy in observation group were greater than those in control group(P<0.05).Physical status,cognitive ability,emotional status,social activities,behavior problem,self-rated health and overall quality of life were higher in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Performing narrative nursing on children with epilepsy can reduce their stigma,improve their self-esteem level,alleviate their negative emotions and improve their quality of life.
