摘　　要：虫类药作为血肉有情之品,具有活血化瘀、搜风息风、通络止痛及化痰散结之功,对脑血管疾病的治疗功不可没。导师及其团队一直致力于中医药防治脑系疾病临床研究,尤其对于缺血性脑卒中恢复期的治疗有独到的见解。缺血性脑卒中作为临床较常见的脑血管疾病,是以神经功能损伤为主要表现的临床综合征,患者可表现为四肢麻木、肢体活动障碍、偏瘫、言语不利、口眼斜等。本病属于中医学“中风病”范畴。现代医学认为缺血性脑卒中的发病因素较多,发病机制极为复杂,目前认为主要是由于各种原因导致的大脑动脉血管变窄或阻塞,脑血流量在这一部位突然减少甚至中断,造成脑组织内供血、供氧、供能在此处动脉供应区均减少,进而引发脑组织损伤的一系列病理过程。本病恢复期强调以抗血小板聚集、调脂稳斑治疗为主,但长期服药可能导致溃疡、凝血、肝肾功能损伤等不良反应。中医则认为久病气血亏虚,气虚则血行无力,血液运行受阻,久而成瘀,瘀血不但影响新血生成,还可导致机体出现一系列生理、病理变化,最终造成脑窍失养、脑髓失用。虫类药能除草木难除之瘀滞,还具有药物依赖性少、低廉简便等优势,在治疗本病恢复期中发挥了不可替代的作用,值得推广。Insect medicine,as a kind of product of flesh and blood,has the functions of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,searching wind and extinguishing wind,clearing collaterals,and relieving phlegm and clearing knot,with great contri-butions to the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.The mentor and his team have been committed to the clinical research of TCM prevention and treatment of brain diseases,especially for the treatment of ischemic stroke in the convalescent period.Ischemic stroke,as a common clinical cerebrovascular disease,is a series of clinical syndromes mainly manifested by neurological impairment.Patients show numbness of limbs,limb movement disorder,hemiplegia,unfavorable speech,and deviated mouth and eye oblique,etc.This dis-ease belongs to the category of‘stroke disease’in traditional Chinese medicine.Modern medicine believes that ischemic stroke has many pathogenic factors and extremely complex pathogenesis.Currently,it is mainly attributed to narrowing or obstruction of cerebral artery vessels caused by various reasons.Cerebral blood flow suddenly decreases or even interrupts at this site,resulting in reduced blood supply,oxygen supply and energy supply to the cerebral tissue in this area,which then leads to a series of pathological processes of brain tissue injury.In the convalescent period of the disease,the main treatment is anti-platelet aggregation,regulating lipid and stabilizing plaques,but long-term medication may lead to ulcers,coagulation,liver and kidney function damage and other adverse reactions.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that chronic disease leads to Qi(气)and blood deficiency,Qi deficiency will lead to unsmooth blood flow and blocked blood circulation,and causes stasis in the long-term.Blood stasis not only affects the generation of new blood,resulting in a series of phys-iological and pathological changes in the body,but also ultimately results in brain dysnourishment and brain disability.Insect medicine can relieve stasis which herbal medicine fa
