介入术后皮下血肿的中西医治疗研究进展

摘　　要：随着医疗水平的提高及影像技术的革新,介入治疗因具有疗效好、微创、并发症低、恢复快等特点应用广泛,在现代医疗中已成为与内斜、外科并列的第三大临床学科。然而,介入手术治疗过程仍然是有创的,因术中反复穿刺和术后按压不当等因素造成的皮下血肿在临床上并不少见,皮下血肿是患者康复过程中的重要阻碍因素,严重影响患者康复、预后、生活质量,同时加剧紧张的医患关系。介入术后皮下血肿治疗方法多种多样。文章检索相关文献,概述近些年临床治疗本病的主要方法,从西医治疗和中医治疗两个方面进行分析梳理,了解我国介入术后皮下血肿的临床康复治疗进展,以期为读者提供关于本病较为全面和规范的认识,为临床治疗提供理论参考。With the improvement of medical level and the innovation of imaging technology,interventional therapy has been widely used because of its good curative effects,minimally invasive,low complications and rapid recovery,and has become the third largest clinical discipline alongside internal medicine and surgery in modern medicine.However,the process of interventional surgery is still invasive,and subcutaneous hematoma caused by repeated intraoperative puncture and improper postoperative compression is not uncommon in clinic.Subcutaneous hematoma is an important obstacle in the process of rehabilitation of patients,which seriously affects the prog-nosis and quality of life of patients,and aggravates the tension of doctor-patient relationship.There are many methods for the treatment of subcu-taneous hematoma after intervention.By searching relevant literature,this paper summarizes the main clinical treatment methods of this disease in recent years,and analyzes and combs the two aspects of Western medicine treatment and traditional Chinese medicine treatment to understand the progress of clinical rehabilitation treatment of subcutaneous hematoma after interventional operation in China,in order to provide readers with a more comprehensive and standardized understanding of this disease,and provide theoretical reference for the clinical treatment.
