浅谈龙砂开阖六气针刺法及其临床应用

摘　　要：开阖枢理论源于《黄帝内经》,为阴阳气化离合变化的重要表现形式,与后世运气学说、三因学说等诸多医家学派理论创立联系密切,亦为开阖六气针刺法创立的主要理论依据。开阖六气针刺法是依据开阖枢、阴阳五行、子午流注及洛书九宫图等理论,参考《黄帝内经》及《难经》等古籍中论述天人相应、阴阳理论、五行、六气、六经、全息定位等理论的相关条文,在龙砂学派顾植山教授所创新的“三阴三阳开阖枢图”“三阴三阳太极时相图”等理论的共同指导下,结合大量临床实践总结出的针刺方法。开阖六气针刺法通过调节阴阳气化离合出入调整天人关系及人体阴阳平衡,从而改善患者病象,在提高疗效、缓解临床症状等方面均有较好效果,临床用于治疗内外妇儿等多种病症皆可获效。笔者认为时间医学中“六经欲解时”“子午流注”等理论与“开阖枢”理论联系密切,并从时间、空间角度具体阐述开阖六气针刺法之理论源流、取穴定位与针刺方法、部位、引经针所指方向的判断等,从而分析该针法临床辨证思维,总结临证经验,以期充实并发展该针法的理论依据,亦更好地指导临床实践,提高该针法的临床疗效。并附验案二则,以飨同道。The theory of opening,closing and pivot is derived from the Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》),which is an important manifestation of the changes of Yin-Yang(阴阳)gasification and Yin-Yang redivision and reunion.It is closely related to the establishment of many medical school theories such as the doctrine of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors and the three causes theory,and is also the main theoretical basis for the establishment of Opening-closing Six-qi Acupuncture Method.Opening-closing Six-qi Acupuncture Method is based on the theories of opening,closing and pivot,yin-yang five elements,midnight-midday ebb flow and Luoshu Nine Palace Diagram,and refers to the ancient books of Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》)and Nanjing(《难经》),which discuss the corresponding theories of nature and man,Yin-Yang theory,five elements,six climatic factors,six meridians,holographic positioning,etc.Under the guidance of the theories of‘Three Yin and three Yang opening,closing and pivot diagram’and‘Three Yin and three Yang Taiji time phase diagram’,which are innovated by Professor GU Zhishan of Longsha School,the acupuncture method is summarized in combination with a large number of clinical practices.Opening-closing Six-qi Acupuncture Method can adjust the relationship between nature and man and the balance of Yin and Yang in the human body by adjusting Yin-Yang gasification and Yin-Yang redivision and reunion,exhaling and inhaling,which in turn relieves the symptoms of patients,and has a good effect in improving curative effect and alleviating clinical symptoms.It can be clinically used to treat a variety of diseases of internal medicine,surgery,gynecology and pediatrics.It is believed in this paper that the theories of‘the time of six meridians diseases tending to be cured’and‘midnight-midday ebb flow’in time medicine are closely related to the theory of‘opening,closing and pivot’,and elaborates the theoretical origin,acupoint location,acupuncture method,location,and direction of the n
