运用针灸疗法与硫必利治疗风痰阻络型儿童多发性抽动症的对比性研究

摘　　要：目的:观察运用单纯针灸疗法与硫必利治疗风痰阻络型儿童多发性抽动症的有效性及安全性。方法:将90例风痰阻络型儿童多发性抽动症患儿按照随机数字表法分为两组。治疗组45例采用单纯的针灸疗法治疗,对照组45例采用口服硫必利治疗,两组均治疗8周后统计疗效。比较两组治疗前后耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(Yale Global Tic Severity Scale,YGTSS)评分变化及两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗8周后,两组YGTSS评分较治疗前均有所降低,临床疗效均有不同程度的改善,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患儿YGTSS评分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周及8周后,治疗组患儿YGTSS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组比较不良反应发生率低且程度较轻。结论:单纯针灸疗法治疗风痰阻络型儿童多发性抽动症可以明显改善患儿临床症状,降低YGTSS评分,提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of acupuncture alone and Tiapride in the treatment of childhood tourette syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals type.Methods:A total of 90 children with tourette syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals type were divided into two groups according to random number table.Forty-five cases in the treatment group were treated by acupuncture alone,45 cases in the control group were treated with Tiapride tablet.After 8 weeks of treatment,the curative effect in both groups was measured.The YGTSS score before and after treatment was compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy was compared be-tween the two groups.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the YGTSS score in both groups was reduced compared with that before treatment,the clinical efficacy was improved to varying degrees,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in YGTSS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of YGTSS in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and there were statistical significances between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower and less severe.Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion alone can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms of childhood tourette syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals type,re-duce the score of YGTSS,and improve the clinical effect.
