高压氧联合经颅电刺激对CO中毒迟发性脑病患者血清SOD和MDA水平的影响

摘  要:目的探讨高压氧联合经颅电刺激对一氧化碳(CO)中毒迟发性脑病的效果及对血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平的影响。方法选取2021-01—2023-12延安大学附属医院的80例CO中毒迟发性脑病患者,采用抽签法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施高压氧联合经颅电刺激。对比2组临床疗效,治疗前后血清SOD、MDA水平,神经生长因子(NGF)、胶质细胞源性神经营养因子(GDNF)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平,以及认知功能、智力水平。结果观察组总有效率(95.00%比70.00%)高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组SOD水平高于对照组(P<0.05),MDA水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组NGF、GDNF、BDNF水平高于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组认知功能、MMSE评分均高于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05)。结论高压氧联合经颅电刺激可提升CO中毒迟发性脑病的临床治疗效果,减轻氧化应激反应,促进患者神经功能与认知功能的改善,同时进一步提升患者智力水平。Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with transcranial electrical stimulation on delayed carbon monoxide encephalopathy patients and its impact on serum SOD and MDA levels.Methods A prospective study was conducted on 80 patients with delayed carbon monoxide encephalopathy admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Yan’an University from January 2021 to December 2023.They were divided into research group and matched group by lottery method,with 40 cases in each group.The matched group received routine treatments,such as nourishing nerves,improving microcirculation,and oxygen inhalation,while the research group received hyperbaric oxygen combined with transcranial electrical stimulation on the basis of the matched group.The clinical efficacy,serum SOD and MDA levels,NGF,GDNF,and BDNF levels,as well as cognitive function and intelligence levels of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the matched group(95.00%vs 70.00%,P<0.05).The SOD level in the research group after treatment was higher than that in the matched group(P<0.05),and the MDA level in the research group was lower than that in the matched group(P<0.05).The levels of NGF,GDNF,and BDNF in the research group after treatment were higher than those in the matched group,and were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The cognitive function and MMSE scores of the research group after treatment were higher than those of the matched group,and were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of hyperbaric oxygen and transcranial electrical stimulation can enhance the clinical efficacy of delayed carbon monoxide encephalopathy,reduce the level of oxidative stress,improve neurological and cognitive functions,and further enhance the intelligence level.
