摘 要:术后认知功能障碍(POCD)作为医疗领域亟待解决的难题,与患者术后康复、住院时长及生活质量息息相关。近年来,有关POCD的研究在遗传学方面也已开展。昼夜节律作为支持生命基本活动的核心调节机制,对情感、记忆等关键功能调节起到不可或缺的作用,并在多种疾病进展与预后评估中扮演重要角色,尤其是在认知方面。生物钟基因转录翻译环作为昼夜节律的分子学基础,引发众多科研人员的关注。本文主要对昼夜节律紊乱与术后认知功能之间的联系进行综述,旨在为预防与治疗POCD提供创新的预防策略和有前景的治疗靶点,以期改善患者术后康复情况。Postoperative cognitive dysfunction(POCD)is an urgent problem in the medical field,which is closely related to postoperative recovery,the length of hospital stay,and the quality of life for patients.In recent years,research on POCD has also been conducted in the field of genetics.The circadian rhythm,as a core regulatory mechanism supporting basic life activities,plays an indispensable role in regulating key functions,such as emotions and memory,and plays an important role in various disease progression and prognosis assessments,especially in cognitive aspects.The transcriptional translation loop of biological clock genes,as the molecular basis of circadian rhythms,has attracted the attention of many researchers.This article mainly reviews the relationship between circadian rhythm disorders and postoperative cognitive function,aiming to provide innovative prevention strategies and promising treatment targets for the prevention and treatment of POCD,in order to improve the postoperative recovery of patients.
