基于信用体系的医保脱卡无感支付系统建设实践

摘　　要：近年来,互联网+、计算机技术高速发展,网络安全机制逐步发展健全。同时,银行、支付宝等信用支付方式被越来越多的居民接受并应用,尤其是近年兴起的无感支付更是受到了大众的青睐。目前,脱卡无感支付已广泛应用于各行各业。我院自2014年开通微信公众号线上支付起,在经历2016年的“医疗一账通”支付、2020年的支付宝“先诊疗后付费”等一系列支付改革后,目前已建立了完整的“医保脱卡+信用”支付的就医新模式,旨在解决人民群众的就医需求,破解其“看病难”“看病烦”的难题,让数据多跑路、患者少跑腿。本文主要介绍我院基于信用体系的医保脱卡无感支付系统建设情况,以期为该模式的推广普及提供参考。In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet+and computer technology,the network security mechanism has gradually developed and improved.At the same time,credit payment methods such as banks and Alipay have been accepted and applied by more and more residents,especially the insensible payment that has emerged in recent years has been favored by the public.At present,card withdrawal and unconscious payment has been widely used in all walks of life.Since the opening of the WeChat public line in 2014,our hospital has experienced a series of payment reforms,such as the“medical one-account pass”payment in 2016 and the“diagnosis and treatment before payment”of Alipay in 2020.At present,a complete new medical treatment model of“medical insurance card withdrawal+credit”payment has been established,aiming to solve the medical needs of the people,solve the problems of“difficult to see a doctor”and“troublesome to see a doctor”,and let the data run more and the patients run less.This paper mainly introduces the construction of the medical insurance card withdrawal and unconscious payment system based on the credit system in our hospital,in order to provide reference for the promotion and popularization of this model.
