强心贴联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦对慢性心力衰竭患者脑钠肽水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究强心贴联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦对慢性心力衰竭患者脑钠肽水平的影响。方法选取2022年1月-2024年1月婺源县人民医院收治的慢性心力衰竭126例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各63例。所有患者均进行常规治疗,对照组在此基础上给予沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用强心贴治疗,比较两组心功能[左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)]、血清脑钠肽水平、6 min步行距离、生活质量(躯体领域、情绪领域、其他)。结果研究组治疗后LVEDD、LVESD水平均低于对照组,而LVEF水平高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组BNP水平低于对照组,而6 min步行距离长于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后生活质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论强心贴联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦在慢性心力衰竭患者治疗中的应用效果确切,能够提高患者心功能以及运动耐力,降低血清BNP水平,改善患者生活质量,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the effect of Qiangxin paste combined with sacubitril valsartan on brain natriuretic peptide level in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 126 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Wuyuan County People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 63 patients in each group.All patients were given routine treatment.The control group was treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets on this basis.The study group was treated with Qiangxin paste on the basis of the control group.The cardiac function[left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)],serum brain natriuretic peptide level,6 min walking distance,quality of life(physical field,emotional field,other)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of LVEDD and LVESD in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of LVEF was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The BNP level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,while the 6 min walking distance was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group after treatment was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qiangxin paste combined with sacubitril valsartan is effective in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure.It can improve the cardiac function and exercise endurance of patients,reduce the level of serum BNP,and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
