家属参与及细致化护理干预对矽肺患者生活质量及肺功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的研究家属参与及细致化护理干预对矽肺患者生活质量及肺功能的影响。方法选取高安市瑞州医院2020年2月-2023年2月收治的64例矽肺患者,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组32例和观察组32例。对照组给予细致化护理,观察组则采用家属参与联合细致化护理干预,比较两组肺功能[1 s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、每分钟最大通气量(MVV)]、Borg量表(静止状态、行走状态)、生活质量[世界卫生组织生活质量测定表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)]、护理满意度。结果与护理前比较,两组护理后FEV1、FEV1%、MVV升高,且与对照组比较,观察组FEV1、FEV1%、MVV更高(P<0.05)。与护理前比较,两组护理后Borg量表(静止状态、行走状态)评分降低,且与对照组比较,观察组Borg量表(静止状态、行走状态)评分更低(P<0.05)。与护理前比较,两组WHOQOL-BREF(生理、心理、环境、社会关系)评分升高,且与对照组比较,观察组WHOQOL-BREF(生理、心理、环境、社会关系)评分更高(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家属参与联合细致化护理干预可改善矽肺患者肺功能,缓解其呼吸困难症状,提升生活质量,具有较高的护理满意度。Objective To study the effect of family members'participation and meticulous nursing intervention on the quality of life and lung function of silicosis patients.Methods Using the random number table method,totally 64 silicosis patients admitted to Ruizhou Hospital of Gao'an City from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected and divided into control group(32 patients)and observation group(32 patients).The control group was given meticulous nursing,while the observation group was given family members'participation combined with meticulous nursing intervention.The lung function[forced expiratory volume in 1 s(FEV1),FEV1 percentage of predicted value(FEV1%),maximum ventilation volume per minute(MVV)],Borg scale(static state,walking state),quality of life[World Health Organisation quality of life abbreviated scale(WHOQOL-BREF)]and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before nursing,the FEV1,FEV1%and MVV of the two groups had increased after nursing,and compared with the control group,the FEV1,FEV1%and MVV of the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Compared with before nursing,the Borg scale(static state,walking state)scores of the two groups had decreased after nursing,and compared with the control group,the Borg scale(static state,walking state)score of the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Compared with before nursing,the scores of WHOQOL-BREF(physiology,psychology,environment and social relations)in the two groups had increased,and compared with the control group,the scores of WHOQOL-BREF(physiology,psychology,environment and social relations)in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family members'participation combined with meticulous nursing intervention can improve the lung function of silicosis patients,relieve their dyspnea symptoms,improve the quality of life,and have higher nursing satisfaction.
