摘　　要：由于丙型肝炎在全世界普遍流行,目前针对丙型肝炎的疫苗尚未产生,使得丙型肝炎成为严重影响群众健康的公共卫生问题。云南省地理位置的特殊性,导致云南省丙型肝炎患者流行范围较为广阔、丙型肝炎病毒的基因分型的分布情况与中国大陆的分布情况具有明显差异,本文旨在了解云南省丙型肝炎病毒基因分型情况及感染的流行状况,以望对丙型肝炎流行的防控提供有效的帮助。Due to the prevalence of hepatitis C in the world,vaccines against hepatitis C have not yet been produced,making hepatitis C a public health problem that seriously affects people's health.Due to the special geographical location of Yunnan Province,the prevalence of hepatitis C patients is relatively wide,and the distribution of hepatitis C virus genotyping is significantly different from that of China's Mainland.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to understand the genotyping of hepatitis C virus in Yunnan Province and the prevalence of infection,in order to provide effective help for the prevention and control of hepatitis C epidemic.
