摘　　要：目的:观察加味玉屏风汤联合茚达特罗莫米松吸入粉雾剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床疗效及对肺功能的影响。方法:选择2022年1月—2023年12月浙江中医药大学附属湖州中医院收治的80例CVA患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各40例。对照组给予茚达特罗莫米松吸入粉雾剂治疗,观察组给予茚达特罗莫米松吸入粉雾剂联合加味玉屏风汤治疗。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、肺功能指标水平;比较2组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率95.00%(38/40),高于对照组82.50%(33/40)(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼吸容积(FEV_(1))水平及FEV_(1)/FVC比值升高(P<0.05),且观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05),FVC、FEV_(1)水平及FEV_(1)/FVC比值高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率5.00%(2/40),对照组不良反应发生率15.00%(6/40),2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加味玉屏风汤联合茚达特罗莫米松吸入粉雾剂治疗能够通过改善患者肺功能,提高临床疗效,安全性较高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Yupingfeng Decoction combined with Indacaterol Acetate and Mometasone Furoate Powder for Inhalation on cough variant asthma(CVA)and their impact on lung function.Methods:A total of 80 patients with CVA admitted to Huzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Indacaterol Acetate and Mometasone Furoate Powder for Inhalation,and the observation group was treated with modified Yupingfeng Decoction combined with Indacaterol Acetate and Mometasone Furoate Powder for Inhalation.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores and lung function indicators were compared between the two groups before and after treatment;the clinical effects and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 82.50%(33/40)of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1))and the ratio of FEV_(1)/FVC were increased(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of FVC,FEV_(1) and the ratio of FEV_(1)/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%(2/40),while the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 15.00%(6/40),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The c
