调气活血散结方联合超声药物导入治疗痰结血瘀型结节性甲状腺肿临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察调气活血散结方联合超声药物导入治疗痰结血瘀型结节性甲状腺肿的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月于湖州市中医院就诊的结节性甲状腺肿患者60例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组予以调气活血散结方口服,观察组予以调气活血散结方口服联和超声波药物导入治疗,2组均治疗8周。评价2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分、甲状腺功能相关指标,甲状腺彩超检查测定结节数量和结节最大径,观察不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为53.33%(16/30),高于对照组26.67%(8/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候评分低于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组结节最大径较治疗前明显缩小(P<0.05),且观察组结节最大径小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组各项甲状腺功能指标与治疗前相比均无明显变化(P>0.05)。2组治疗期间未发生明显不良反应。结论:调气活血散结方口服联合超声药物导入治疗痰结血瘀型结节性甲状腺肿能够有效缩小结节,缓解临床症状,疗效确切,且不会对甲状腺功能造成影响,无明显不良反应,安全性好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tiaoqi Huoxue Sanjie Prescription combined with ultrasound-based drug delivery in the treatment of nodular goiter of phlegm accumulation and blood stasis type.Methods:A total of 60 patients with nodular goiter who visited Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Huzhou from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received oral administration of Tiaoqi Huoxue Sanjie Prescription,and the observation group was additionally treated with ultrasound-based drug delivery therapy.Both groups were treated for eight weeks.Clinical effects were evaluated in the two groups.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,thyroid function-related indicators,and the number and maximum diameter of nodules measured by thyroid ultrasound examination were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The occurrence of adverse reactions was observed.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 53.33%(16/30),which was higher than that of 26.67%(8/30)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the observation group were lower than those before treatment and those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the maximum diameter of nodules in the two groups were declined significantly compared to those before treatment(P<0.05),and the maximum diameter of nodules in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there were no significant changes in thyroid function-related indicators in the two groups compared to those before treatment(P>0.05).No significant adverse reactions occurred during the treatment period in both groups.Conclusion:The combination of oral administration of Tiaoqi Huoxue Sanjie Prescription and ultrasound-based drug delivery can effectively reduce nodules,alleviate clinical symptoms,and have a definite ther
