摘  要:目的:分析研究血管造影X射线机下实施低剂量技术对于急性冠状动脉综合征的观察效果。方法:选取2021年10月~2022年11月本院收治的80例急性冠状动脉综合征患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,两组患者各40例,对照组、观察组患者分别于血管造影X射线机下实施常规剂量、低剂量DSA模式血管图像采集,对比两组患者的图像采集质量以及对患者X射线辐射剂量。结果:观察组采集图像质量评分为(20.13±0.78)分,对照组采集图像质量评分为(23.43±0.63)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组X射线辐射累积剂量值(207.8±38.6)mGy显著低于对照组的(365.4±67.5)mGy,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组X射线辐射剂量面积乘积值(900.7±304.5)cGy/cm^(2)显著低于对照组的(2876.2±415.9)cGy/cm^(2),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血管造影X射线机下,针对急性冠状动脉综合征患者实施低剂量DSA技术,能得到满意的图像且有效减低X射线辐射剂量。Objective:To analyze and study the effect of low-dose technique on acute coronary syndrome(ACS)by X-ray angiography.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute coronary syndrome from October 2021 to November 2022 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the patients in the control group and the observation group were collected by normal-dose and low-dose DSA under the X-ray machine,the image quality and X-ray radiation dose were compared between the two groups.Results:The quality score of the collected images in the observation group was(20.13±0.78)points,while the quality score of the collected images in the control group was(23.43±0.63)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The cumulative dose of X-ray radiation in the observation group(207.8±38.6)mGy was significantly lower than that in the control group(365.4±67.5)mGy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The product of X-ray radiation dose area in the observation group(900.7±304.5)cGy/cm^(2) was significantly lower than that in the control group(2876.2±415.9)cGy/cm^(2),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-dose DSA under X-ray angiography machine can obtain satisfactory images and effectively reduce X-ray radiation dose in patients with acute coronary syndrome.
