新生儿的安抚暖箱应用在新生儿重症监护病房袋鼠式照护中的价值探讨

摘　　要：目的:分析探讨新生儿的安抚暖箱应用在新生儿重症监护病房(Neonatal Intensive Care Unit,NICU)袋鼠式照护中的价值。方法:对2022年2月~2024年2月本院急诊收治的100例新生儿的临床资料展开回顾性分析,入选新生儿均于新生儿重症监护病房内接受治疗,根据新生儿重症监护病房袋鼠式照护中器械辅助干预差异将入选者划分至对照组(仅接受NICU常规护理不使用安抚暖箱干预)和观察组(接受NICU常规护理联合使用安抚暖箱干预),各50例,评价新生儿出NICU时体格发育增长情况、生命体征变化情况、新生儿家属对照护工作满意度。结果:观察组患儿出院体重、头围和身长发育增长情况明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿心率(143.98±6.38)次/min明显高于对照组,同时观察组呼吸频率、经皮血氧饱和度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组新生儿家属对照护工作的满意度比较差异显著,观察组98.00%明显高于对照组的90.00%(P<0.05)。结论:安抚暖箱联合袋鼠式照护促进NICU新生儿体格发育,改善生命体征,提高家属满意度,具有重要应用价值。Objective:To analyze and explore the value of the application of neonatal comfort warm box in kangaroo care in the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 100 newborns admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from February 2022 to February 2024.All selected newborns received treatment in the neonatal intensive care unit.Based on the differences in instrument assisted intervention in kangaroo care in the neonatal intensive care unit,the selected patients were divided into a control group(receiving only routine care without the use of comfort warm box intervention in the NICU)and an observation group(receiving routine care combined with the use of comfort warm box intervention in the NICU),with 50 cases in each group.The physical development and changes in vital signs of newborns at the time of leaving the NICU,as well as the satisfaction of their families with the care work,were evaluated.Results:The observation group had significantly higher discharge weight,head circumference,and body length growth compared to the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The heart rate of newborns in the observation group(143.98±6.38)times/min was significantly higher than that in the control group.At the same time,the respiratory rate and transcutaneous oxygen saturation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with P<0.05;There was a significant difference in the satisfaction level of care work between the two groups of newborn family members,with the observation group showing 98.00%significantly higher than the control group showing 90.00%,P<0.05.Conclusion:The combination of soothing warm boxes and kangaroo care promotes the physical development of NICU newborns,improves vital signs,and enhances family satisfaction,which has important practical value.
