摘　　要：目的:探讨床边超声心动图对脓毒症休克患者的血容量和右心功能的整体监测效果。方法:选取2022年1月~2023年12月本院收治的脓毒症休克患者100例,分为两组,对照组选择脉搏指示连续心排血量监测仪干预,研究组选择床边超声心动图监测。结果:研究组右心功能指标更优(P<0.05);研究组血容量指标更优(P<0.05);研究组预后情况更好(P<0.05)。结论:床边超声心动图监测用于脓毒症休克患者的干预效果更好,可以有效掌握机体的右心功能以及血容量等临床指标,提高监测效果,降低病死率,避免病情进一步加重。Objective:To explore the overall monitoring effect of bedside echocardiography on blood volume and right heart function in patients with septic shock.Methods:100 patients with septic shock admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group received intervention with a pulse indicator continuous cardiac output monitor,while the study group received bedside echocardiography monitoring.Results:The right heart function index of the research group was better(P<0.05);The research group had better blood volume indicators(P<0.05);The prognosis of the research group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bedside echocardiography monitoring has a better intervention effect on patients with septic shock,which can effectively grasp clinical indicators such as right heart function and blood volume,improve monitoring effectiveness,reduce mortality,and avoid further deterioration of the condition.
