自动心肺复苏仪联合气管插管辅助呼吸在成人心脏骤停抢救中的应用

摘  要:目的:分析自动心肺复苏仪联合气管插管辅助呼吸在成人心脏骤停抢救中的应用价值。方法:研究纳入医院2023年1月~2023年6月临床收治成人心脏骤停患者96例为观察组,给予所有患者自动心肺复苏仪联合气管插管辅助呼吸;纳入2022年1月~2022年6月行传统人工心肺复苏抢救治疗患者70例为对照组。比较组间抢救成功率、复苏效果,心肺功能恢复情况[动脉血氧饱和度(SpO2)、平均动脉压(MAP)],不良反应发生率。结果:观察组与对照组抢救成功率无统计学意义(P>0.05),与对照组患者比较:观察组患者心跳、呼吸以及血压恢复所需时间均更短(P<0.05);抢救前观察组与对照组间MAP、SpO2无统计学差异(P>0.05),抢救30min后,两组MAP、SpO2均高于抢救前,且观察组MAP、SpO2高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心脏骤停患者抢救不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自动心肺复苏仪联合气管插管辅助呼吸在成人心脏骤停患者抢救治疗中效果更佳,能更好地缩短患者心肺复苏及心肺功能恢复时间,降低不良反应发生率,综合抢救质量更高。Objective:To analyze the application value of automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation combined with tracheal intubation assisted breathing in the rescue of adult cardiac arrest.Methods:A total of 96 adult cardiac patients admitted to the hospital from January 2023 to June 2023 were included as the observation group,and all patients were given automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation combined with tracheal intubation assisted breathing;70 patients who underwent traditional artificial cardiopulmonary resuscitation rescue treatment from January 2022 to June 2022 were included as the control group.Compare the success rate of rescue between groups,the effectiveness of resuscitation,the recovery of cardiovascular and pulmonary function[arterial oxygen saturation(SpO2),mean arterial pressure(MAP)],and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the success rate of rescue between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The recovery time of heart rate,respiratory rate,and blood pressure in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in MAP and SpO2 between the observation group and the control group before rescue(P>0.05).After 30 minutes of rescue,both groups had higher MAP and SpO2 levels than before rescue,and the observation group had higher MAP and SpO2 levels than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group of cardiac arrest patients was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)and tracheal intubation assisted breathing is more effective in the rescue treatment of adult cardiac arrest patients.It can shorten the time for CPR and cardiopulmonary function recovery,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the overall rescue quality.
