摘　　要：目的:探究经鼻烟壶动脉途径行冠状动脉介入术后应用弹性医用胶布压迫止血的安全性及有效性。方法:选择2023年1月~2023年9月于本院经鼻烟壶动脉途径行冠状动脉介入术的152例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分组,将其分为研究组和对照组,各76例。两组均在冠状动脉介入术后对鼻烟壶区穿刺部位加压包扎止血,研究组术后使用弹性医用胶布加压包扎穿刺点联合医患互助压迫止血,对照组术后常规用自粘弹力绷带加压包扎穿刺点处止血。比较两组止血成功率、疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、术后并发症、术侧拇指血氧饱和度(SpO2)的情况。结果:研究组一次止血成功率100.00%,对照组一次止血成功率92.11%,P<0.05;术后2h,研究组术侧拇指SpO2、舒适程度评分显著高于对照组,P<0.05;研究组术后并发症发生率为7.89%,对照组为39.47%,P<0.05。结论:经鼻烟壶动脉途径行冠状动脉介入术后应用弹性医用胶布压迫在保证有效加压止血的前提下,能够有效改善患者术侧指端末梢的血液循环、减轻压迫包扎处疼痛程度,明显增加患者的舒适度、减少术后并发症的发生率。Objective:To investigate the safety and effectiveness of elastic medical tape compression for hemostasis after coronary intervention via snuff bottle artery route.Methods:A total of 152 patients who underwent coronary artery intervention via snuff bottle artery route in our Hospital from January 2023 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into study group and control group with 76 cases in each group by random number table method.In both groups,the puncture site in the nasal bottle area was treated with pressure bandaging for hemostasis after coronary intervention.In the study group,the puncture site was treated with elastic medical tape for pressure bandaging combined with doctor-patient mutual pressure for hemostasis,while in the control group,the puncture site was treated with self-adhesive elastic bandage for hemostasis routinely.The hemostatic success rate,visual analogue score(VAS),postoperative complications,and blood oxygen saturation(SpO2)of the thumb were compared between the two groups.Results:The successful rate of hemostasis was 100.00%in the study group and 92.11%in the control group(P<0.05).At 2h after operation,SpO2 and comfort scores of thumb in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was 7.89%in study group and 39.47%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of elastic medical tape compression after coronary artery intervention through the snuff bottle artery can effectively improve the blood circulation of the operative end of the patient’s finger,reduce the pain of the compression bandage,significantly increase the comfort of the patient and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications on the premise of ensuring effective pressure and hemostatic.
