高千伏X射线片与CT技术在尘肺诊断中的应用价值

摘  要:目的:探析尘肺诊断中高千伏X射线片与CT技术的价值。方法:60例尘肺患者均取自2020年2月~2023年2月本院就诊的患者中,所有患者均采用高千伏X射线片、CT诊断,比较两种方法检出率、小阴影聚集、大阴影聚集。结果:CT技术对Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期患者检出率较高千伏X射线检出率高,组间差异显著(P<0.05),CT技术在小阴影聚集、大阴影聚集(<2cm^(2))诊断中结果较高千伏X射线片高,组间差异显著(P<0.05),CT技术与高千伏X射线片在大阴影聚集(≥2cm^(2))诊断中,结果无差异(P>0.05)。结论:CT技术诊断尘肺的效果优于高千伏X射线诊断,可以更加客观地观察病理情况,更加准确诊断疾病,为临床尘肺疾病诊断及治疗提供可靠依据。Objective:To explore the value of X-ray and CT techniques in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis.Methods:60 patients with pneumoconiosis were selected from patients who visited our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023.All patients were diagnosed with high kV X-ray and CT,and the detection rates,small shadow aggregation,and large shadow aggregation of the two methods were compared.Results:CT technology had a higher detection rate for stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ patients compared to high kV X-ray,with significant differences between groups(P<0.05).CT technology had higher results than high kV X-ray in the diagnosis of small shadow aggregation and large shadow aggregation(<2cm^(2)),with significant differences between groups(P<0.05).CT technology and high kV X-ray in the diagnosis of large shadow aggregation(≥2cm^(2)),there was no difference in the results(P>0.05).Conclusion:CT technology is more effective in diagnosing pneumoconiosis than high kV X-ray diagnosis.It can objectively observe the pathological situation,diagnose the disease more accurately,and provide reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of pneumoconiosis.
