摘　　要：目的:研究核磁共振仪与多层螺旋CT诊断膝关节隐性骨折的临床价值。方法:选取在天津北大医疗海洋石油医院进行诊疗的134例疑似膝关节隐性骨折患者为研究对象,分别开展多层螺旋CT和核磁共振检查,以手术结果为金标准对核磁共振仪与多层螺旋CT诊断结果进行评价,观察核磁共振仪与多层螺旋CT诊断结果以及不同类型膝关节隐性骨折核磁共振仪与多层螺旋CT诊断符合率。结果:核磁共振仪诊断准确率显著高于多层螺旋CT诊断准确率(P<0.05)。核磁共振仪隐性骨皮质骨折诊断符合率、骨皮质骨折诊断符合率和骨软骨骨折诊断符合率均显著高于多层螺旋CT(P<0.05)。核磁共振仪检查患者满意度和依从性均显著高于多层螺旋CT检查(P<0.05)。结论:核磁共振仪与多层螺旋CT诊断膝关节隐性骨折均具有较高诊断准确率,相对来说核磁共振仪诊断准确率更高。Objective:To study the clinical value of magnetic resonance imaging and multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of knee joint hidden fractures.Methods:134 suspected patients with knee joint occult fractures who underwent diagnosis and treatment at PKU Care CNOOC Hospital,Tianjin were selected as the research subjects.Multi-slice spiral CT and magnetic resonance imaging were performed separately,and the diagnostic results of magnetic resonance imaging and multi slice spiral CT were evaluated based on the surgical results as the gold standard,observe the diagnostic results of magnetic resonance imaging and multi-slice spiral CT,as well as the diagnostic accuracy of different types of knee joint occult fractures between magnetic resonance imaging and multi-slice spiral CT.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of MRI was significantly higher than that of multi-slice spiral CT(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of MRI for occult cortical bone fractures,cortical bone fractures,and osteochondral fractures were significantly higher than those of multi-slice spiral CT(P<0.05).The satisfaction and compliance of patients examined by magnetic resonance imaging were significantly higher than those examined by multi-slice spiral CT(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and multi-slice spiral CT have high diagnostic accuracy in diagnosing knee joint occult fractures,and relatively speaking,MRI has a higher diagnostic accuracy.
