摘　　要：目的:对前列腺癌MRI多参数成像诊断及临床价值展开分析。方法:收集和分析本院2021年1月~2023年1月11例前列腺癌患者为研究对象,采用联影1.5T超导磁共振成像系统及体线圈检查,所有患者均接受MRI平扫+动态增强检查。结果:前列腺癌MRI诊断准确率为90%。本组11病例均为腺癌。其中4例局限在外周带单侧;2例局限在中央带;2例位于外周带但侵出包膜累及邻近精囊,并骨盆、淋巴结转移;3例癌灶弥漫中央带和外周带,其中1例侵出包膜并见骨盆转移。11个病例DWI病灶均呈高或稍高信号,ADC信号减低。增强TIC曲线不够典型呈平坦略降型。结论:MRI多参数检查为前列腺癌诊断中一种非常好的影像学诊断方法。Objective:Diagnosis and clinical value of MRI multiparameter imaging for prostate cancer.Methods:The 11 cases of prostate cancer from January 2021 to January 2023 in our hospital were collected and analyzed.The 1.5 T superconducting magnetic resonance imaging system and body coil examination were used.All patients received MRI flat scan+dynamic enhancement examination.Results:All 11 cases were adenocarcinoma.Among them,4 cases were confined to one side of the peripheral zone;2 cases were confined to the central zone;2 cases were located in the peripheral zone,but the invasion of the capsule involved the adjacent seminal vesicles,and metastasis of the pelvis and lymph nodes;3 cases were diffuse in the central zone and the peripheral zone,and 1 case of the invasion of the capsule and metastasis of the pelvis.In 11 cases,DWI showed high or slightly high signal and ADC signal decreased.The enhanced tic curve is not typical and flat.Conclusion:MRI multiparameter examination is a very good imaging diagnostic method in the diagnosis of prostate cancer and is worthy of clinical promotion.
