摘　　要：目的:分析磁共振成像(Magnetic Resonance Imaging,MRI)在痛风性关节炎痛风石手术治疗中的作用。方法:纳入痛风性关节炎痛风石患者30例,就诊时间为2022年1月~2023年6月,于术前予以X射线检查和MRI检查,并对比两种方式和术后痛风石数目、大小、位置的检出率。结果:手术显示:30例患者共检出75枚痛风石,其中X射线检查检出率为66.67%(50/75),MRI检出率为96.00%(72/75),对比有差异(P<0.05);MRI检查对不同大小痛风石(直径≤1mm与直径>1mm)的检出率分别为96.88%和95.35%,较X射线检查更高(P<0.05);MRI检查对手指关节、腕关节和膝关节痛风石的检出率更高(P<0.05);与手术结果比较,MRI检查对痛风性关节炎痛风石数目、大小与位置无差异(P>0.05)。结论:MRI可准确检出痛风性关节炎痛风石数目、大小与位置,可为手术治疗提供依据。Objective:To analyze the role of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the surgical treatment of gouty arthritis.Methods:30 patients with gouty arthritis were included in the study,and the time of visit was from January 2022 to June 2023.X-ray examination and MRI examination were performed before operation,and the detection rate of the number,size and location of gouty stones were measured by both methods and after operation.Results:A total of 75 turgout stones were detected in 30 patients,the detection rate of X-ray examination was 66.67%(50/75),and the detection rate of MRI was 96.00%(72/75),there were differences(P<0.05).The detection rates of different sizes(diameter≤1mm and diameter>1mm)in MRI were 96.88%and 95.35%,respectively,which were higher than those in X-ray examination(P<0.05).MRI showed higher detection rates in finger joints,wrist joints and knee joints(P<0.05).Compared with the results of operation,MRI showed no difference in the number,size and location of gout stone in gouty arthritis(P>0.05).Conclusion:MRI can accurately detect the number,size and location of gout stones in gouty arthritis,which can provide evidence for surgical treatment.
