摘　　要：目的:探讨在高血压患者出现左心室肥厚合并左心力衰竭时经心脏彩超进行诊断所发挥的诊断作用。方法:开展分组对照检查,研究对象均来自2022年4月~2023年12月,观察组为124例高血压患者,均存在左心室肥厚并伴随左心力衰竭,而对照组的130例调查对象均为健康体检者,所有人群需接受心脏彩超检查,并对两组人群心脏彩超检查的结果进行对比以评估心脏彩超检查在诊断高血压左室肥厚伴心力衰竭中的价值。结果:观察组的A峰值、E峰值、E/A值和对照组相比均存在差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的SBP、DBP、LVEDD高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的LVEF、LVFS、LVM、LVMI和对照组均存在差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过心脏彩超检查能够精准的检查出高血压左室肥厚伴心力衰竭患者在血压和心功能等方面与普通人群的不同,可以为临床的诊治工作提供科学的参考,值得推荐。Objective:To explore the diagnostic role of echocardiography in hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy complicated with left heart failure.Methods:A grouped control study was conducted.The subjects were selected from the period between April 2022 and December 2023.The observation group consisted of 124 hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy and concomitant left heart failure,while the control group included 130 healthy individuals undergoing physical examination.All subjects underwent echocardiography.The results of echocardiography in the two groups were compared to evaluate the value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with heart failure.Results:There were differences in A-peak,E-peak,and E/A ratio between the observation group and the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The SBP,DBP,and LVEDD of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were differences in LVEF,LVFS,LVM,and LVMI between the observation group and the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Echocardiography can accurately detect differences in blood pressure and cardiac function between hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy and heart failure and the general population,providing a scientific reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.It is worthy of recommendation.
