摘　　要：目的:探讨医疗器械清洗质量控制路径对于医院消毒供应室医疗器械清洗质量的影响。方法:本院于2023年3月开始实施医疗器械清洗质量控制路径,选择质控实施前(2022年3月~2023年2月)和实施后(2023年3月~2024年2月)抽取本医院消毒供应室处理的医疗器械,各110件,分别作为非路径组和质控路径组。非路径组按照医院消毒供应室工作要求常规处理,质控路径组增加医疗器械清洗质量控制路径,对比两组清洗效果、器械处理合格率等。结果:抽样器械清洗消毒合格率统计显示,质控路径组器械清洗不合格率(0)、消毒不合格率(0.91%)、包装不合格率(0.91%)和发放不合格率(0)显著低于非路径组(8.18%、9.09%、8.18%、10.00%)。质控路径组器械清洗消毒工作质量评分(168.59±5.24)分显著高于非路径组的(148.15±6.38)分,P<0.05。结论:医疗器械清洗质量控制路径可有效提升器械清洗消毒工作质量,提升清洗等操作的合格率,降低菌落数值,应用效果可靠。Objective:Exploring the impact of quality control pathways for medical device cleaning on the cleaning quality of medical devices in hospital disinfection supply rooms.Methods:Our hospital will implement a quality control pathway for medical device cleaning starting from March 2023.We will select 110 medical devices processed in our hospital’s disinfection supply room before(March 2022 to February 2023)and after(March 2023 to February 2024)quality control implementation,which will be divided into non pathway group and quality control pathway group.The non pathway group is routinely processed according to the requirements of the hospital disinfection supply room,while the quality control pathway group adds a quality control pathway for medical device cleaning,comparing the cleaning effects and instrument processing qualification rates of the two groups.Results:The statistics on the qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection of sampling instruments show that the unqualified rates of instrument cleaning(0),disinfection(0.91%),packaging(0.91%),and distribution(0)in the quality control path group are significantly lower than those in the non path group(8.18%,9.09%,8.18%,10.00%).The quality score of instrument cleaning and disinfection work in the quality control pathway group(168.59±5.24)points was significantly higher than that in the non pathway group(148.15±6.38)points,P<0.05.Conclusion:The quality control path for medical device cleaning can effectively improve the quality of instrument cleaning and disinfection work,enhance the qualification rate of cleaning and other operations,reduce bacterial colony values,and ensure reliable application effects.
